- Unless expressly stated, Products are sold as non‑prescription sunglasses. Prescription lens services are not provided via this Site.
5. Pricing, Taxes & Availability
- Prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable sales tax until checkout.
- We reserve the right to change prices or correct errors at any time. If a pricing or availability error affects your order, we will contact you; you may cancel for a full refund if you do not accept the correction.
- Inventory is limited; adding items to your cart does not reserve them until your order is confirmed.
6. Orders & Acceptance

9. Risk of Loss & Title

- Most new, unworn items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection.
- Returned items must include all accessories (cases, cloths, paperwork) and any tamper tags intact. Wear, lens scratches, or adjustments may void eligibility.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and verify the return. Shipping fees are generally non‑refundable unless we made an error.

11. Warranty & Fit Adjustments
- Manufacturer warranty (if applicable) covers defects in materials and workmanship; it does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear (e.g., lens micro‑scratches).
- Fit guidance is provided on product pages and via support. Minor adjustments may be performed by qualified opticians; costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
- TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE AND PRODUCTS.
