US Shipping Options

We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C., including PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO. Carrier is selected automatically (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) based on speed and address type.

  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
  • We do not ship to freight forwarders. Orders may be cancelled if flagged by our fraud screening.

Signature & Secure Delivery

For your protection, orders valued at $300+ ship with Signature Required by default. You may authorize a no‑signature delivery at checkout; doing so transfers delivery risk to the recipient. Carrier holds or pickup options are available via your tracking link.

Packaging

Your eyewear ships in a protective outer box with eco‑friendly cushioning and a tamper‑evident seal. Inside: the authentic Prada case, cleaning cloth, documentation, and any accessories listed on the product page.

Tracking & Updates

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email (and optional SMS) with tracking, carrier, and a live ETA. You can sign up for delivery alerts, request a pickup hold, or modify delivery preferences via the carrier portal.

International Shipping

At this time we ship within the United States only (including APO/FPO/DPO). International shipping is not available yet. If you’re outside the US, please contact us so we can notify you when it launches.

Lost, Late, or Damaged Packages

  • Late delivery: Allow 24–48 hours beyond the displayed ETA for carrier delays.
  • Marked delivered but not received: Check with neighbors and building staff, then contact the carrier. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us.
  • Damaged in transit: Keep all packaging and photograph the damage. Report within 7 days of delivery so we can file a claim and resolve quickly.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days in original condition with all accessories. For full details, see our Refund & Returns Policy.

  • Prepaid return label available; a flat $8.95 may be deducted from your refund.
  • Return shipping is free for defects, shipping errors, or transit damage.
  • Refunds are issued 3–5 business days after receipt and inspection.

Shipping FAQs

Do you ship the same day?
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM EST ship the same day. Orders after 2:00 PM EST, weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.
Can I ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO/DPO?
Yes. We use USPS for PO Boxes and military addresses. Please select Economy or Standard; expedited services may be limited.
Will my order require a signature?
Orders valued at $300+ ship with Signature Required by default. You can waive signature at checkout; doing so transfers delivery risk to you.
Can you split my shipment?
If an item is on preorder or backorder for more than 3 business days, we can ship available items first at no extra charge.
Do you offer gift options?
Yes. Add a gift message at checkout and we will omit pricing from the packing slip.
